Honorio Banario Gets New Opponent At ONE: CONQUEST OF CHAMPIONS
Honorio “The Rock” Banario (13-7) has a new assignment at ONE: CONQUEST OF CHAMPIONS this Friday, 23 November.
The Team Lakay product will now face Rahul “The Kerala Krusher” Raju in a 79-kilogram catch weight bout in Manila, Philippines.
The contest will take place on the main card at the Mall Of Asia Arena, where the 29-year-old from Benguet can expect some passionate support from his compatriots as he looks to continue a run of success in his homeland.
The former ONE Featherweight World Champion has won his last four bouts in Manila, including a thrilling split decision against Adrian “The Hunter” Pang at ONE: HEROES OF HONOR in April this year.

Raju (5-3) will make his third appearance in The Home Of Martial Arts.
The 27-year-old martial artist from India is an Ultimate Satira Champion who trains out of Juggernaut Fight Club in Singapore.
The main event of ONE: CONQUEST OF CHAMPIONS will see ONE Heavyweight World Champion Brandon “The Truth” Vera defend his belt against Mauro “The Hammer” Cerilli.
In the co-main event, Banario’s training partner Eduard “Landslide” Folayang will face Evolve’s Amir Khan for the vacant ONE Lightweight World Title.
