Ahmed “Bosnian Steel” Krnjic

Representing UFD Gym, Ahmed Krnjic has been one of the most exciting additions to ONE Championship’s heavyweight kickboxing division.

Krnjic — who’s training partners with Roberto “Robocop” Soldic — entered the heavyweight fold with a cluster of world-class kickboxing experience under his belt. In fact, he faced the likes of Francesko “Smile” Xhaja before joining The Home of Martial Arts in 2022. 

“Bosnian Steel” boasts an impressive collection of kickboxing accolades as well. He won the 2019 WAKO Pro K1 European Championship after coming in second place in the tournament in 2017 and 2018.

He also holds numerous national kickboxing championships to boot, meaning his arrival in ONE received immediate attention from his new divisional adversaries.

Krnjic’s debut at ONE 163 saw him dominate Bruno Chaves. The Bosnian talent demonstrated a striking clinic against the Brazilian brawler over the course of three rounds to earn the unanimous decision win. 

The performance placed the young heavyweight in good standing within the division, and Krnjic now looks to continue his momentum from that clinical debut when he faces Iraj Azizpour at ONE Fight Night 13 on Prime Video on August 4.
