Alexey Balyko has made it his life’s mission to get to the top of the Muay Thai world while representing his nation of Russia.
In fact, he competed in the IFMAs, representing the Russian Muaythai Federation on numerous occasions. But he knew that he’d eventually have to step away from his homeland to make it to the top of the sport.
He did just that by moving to Phuket, Thailand, to train and compete out of the famed Tiger Muay Thai gym.
Not long after, he joined ONE Championship, where he has been competing in the bantamweight Muay Thai division.
Balyko’s goal now is to climb the divisional ladder and become Russia’s first ONE Muay Thai World Champion.
