Amber “AK 47” Kitchen

WBC England Muay Thai Champion Amber Kitchen literally grew up in the gym, being the daughter of famed British kickboxing and Muay Thai World Champion, Julie Kitchen, and her coach, Nathan Kitchen. She began her own training at the age of 3 and spent most of her days in the gym, where she would do her schoolwork and then practice her skills.

Kitchen immediately took to the sport of Muay Thai, winning a junior championship and later becoming a WBC National Champion. “AK 47” struggled to find opponents at first due to her family pedigree and reputation, but she would put together a solid winning streak against more experienced opposition, including a victory over Jackie Buntan in 2017.

The Brit joined ONE Championship in 2019 with the goal of competing against the world’s best strikers. Although she’s had a tough run, which includes a decision loss to Buntan in December 2022, Kitchen has started training with English compatriot Liam Harrison at Bad Company and looks to turn her luck around at ONE Fight Night 11.
