About Federico Roma
Status: Former ONE Athlete
WKN Super Bantamweight Muay Thai and Kickboxing World Champion Federico Roma watched a great number of martial arts action movies growing up in suburban Buenos Aires, and when he turned 18, he decided to train in kickboxing and Muay Thai to emulate his heroes.
Roma represents Dojo Serpiente under head trainer Cristian Bosch, and he has competed extensively in kickboxing, Muay Thai, and boxing. He has compiled nearly 70 combined bouts over his career and stopped his opponent in almost half of his wins, capturing the WKN Kickboxing World Title in 2015 and the WKN Muay Thai World Title in 2017.
Roma employs many elbow combinations and low kicks, and his determination and willpower are his greatest strengths. He has long dreamed of competing in ONE Championship, and he finally has his chance. Aside from his competitive career, Roma is a dedicated coach and trainer, and he relishes the opportunity to pass on the knowledge and guidance he has received to his students.
