About Jimmy Vienot
Born and raised in Montreuil, France, Jimmy Vienot had a thirst for martial arts, and it didn’t take long for the Frenchman to find his calling.
In his formative years, Vienot first practiced judo. But because the Japanese discipline required patience, it wasn’t a good fit for him.
Vienot knew he wanted to continue martial arts though, and that’s when he found Muay Thai at Star Boxing Gym at 13 years old. The first lesson ignited his passion for the sport and he quickly began to develop his craft.
After turning professional, Vienot became the 2014 France Muay Thai Champion, building a reputation along with a strong resume in the sport.
Then, in 2019, the Frenchman won the 160-pound Lumpinee Boxing Stadium Muay Thai World Title – becoming just the fourth non-Thai to claim the accolade.
Having attained the prestigious belt, Vienot caught the attention of ONE Championship and debuted in the world’s largest martial arts organization at ONE 157 in May 2022.
Vienot has had one goal in mind since then – to claim the prestigious ONE Featherweight Muay Thai World Title.
