“Lethal” Liam Nolan

Roar Combat League Champion Liam Nolan was born in the north of London to a young single mother, and he experienced many tough times growing up as a result. 

However, Nolan would find happiness once he experienced his first bout in the ring. He knew right away that he had found his life’s calling and decided to become a professional combat sports athlete.

Nolan actually started his martial arts career with taekwondo and wing chun, training for about a year before discovering Muay Thai. Once he tried “the art of eight limbs,” he was hooked immediately.

The London native left school at the age of 16 to concentrate on his budding career, and he had 21 professional bouts by the time he was 21 years old, winning an IKF British Title as well as becoming a Roar Combat League Champion along the way.

Nolan trains at Knowlesy Academy under the watchful eye of Christian Knowles, along with the likes of ONE Bantamweight Muay Thai World Champion Jonathan Haggerty. He is thrilled at the opportunity to make a living doing something he loves and feels confident he will wear ONE World Title gold in the near future.
