Miao Li Tao

Miao Li Tao has come a long way from his humble beginnings in Luoyang, a city in the Henan province of China. Having trained in wushu sanda since he was young, he was able to defend himself when he was picked on as a teenager due to his small stature, and he credits martial arts with the confidence, toughness, and fearlessness that he possesses today.

Now living in China’s capital city of Beijing, Miao trains at the famed Fighting Brothers camp, where he has picked up Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and sharpens his growing skills among some of the finest martial artists in the country today. Although he misses his family, he remains driven by his dreams of international glory and remains dedicated to his training.

After making a name for himself on China’s highly-competitive scene, he took one step closer to his goals by earning a place on the ONE Championship roster, where he is determined to make a lasting impact on the global stage.
