Sinsamut Klinmee is a dreamer like billions of people in the world, but he is one of the few who chased his.  

The Pattaya-born striker hails from a family of Muay Thai and Boxing World Champions, who he would regularly see training in their gym during his childhood. The passion and drive of his close relatives were so infectious that he started to train as early as 4 years old. At age 7, he won his very first fight. 

Unfortunately, his larger size made it difficult for him to find worthy opponents as he moved up the ranks, and he faced the same roadblock upon being drafted into the Thai armed forces. 

With his insatiable desire to compete at the highest level, Sinsamut decided to transition to boxing during his service. His undeniable talent helped him win so many bouts that the army sent him to the national boxing camp. He later won a national boxing title at the legendary Lumpinee Boxing Stadium and competed against Olympic boxers at the Military Sports Council competition in 2019. 

Despite showcasing his phenomenal skills in boxing, Muay Thai remained his true love. In fact, he contacted ONE Championship’s social media accounts with the hope of competing in Muay Thai on the promotion’s global stage. 

In 2022, his wish was granted, and he shocked the world by knocking out Dutch icon Nieky Holzken on debut.

Since then, the Thai star has been on the hunt for the one dream he has yet to realize – capturing a ONE Lightweight World Title.
