Zakaria El Jamari is the latest in a long line of Moroccan stars to enter ONE Championship.
El Jamari brings with him a wealth of experience in Muay Thai, but it’s his aggressive, heavy-handed fighting style that have the stars of the talent-laden strawweight Muay Thai division taking notice.
Born in Morocco but now based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, El Jamari started off as a personal trainer before trying his hand at boxing. He went on to represent the U.A.E. as an amateur boxer and then later brought his skills to the professional ranks in 2023.
After racking up some wins, he quickly established himself as one of the Middle East’s most exciting – and versatile – fighting prospects.
This earned him a shot in the world’s largest martial arts organization, where he has his eyes set on the ONE Flyweight Muay Thai World Title.
