ONE Championship returns to Lumpinee Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand, on July 17 for another massive night of martial arts as The Inner Circle 22 and ONE Friday Fights 162 go down live in Asia primetime.
Exclusively for members of The Inner Circle, the evening opens with a ONE Strawweight Kickboxing World Championship rematch four years in the making as Jonathan Di Bella defends his title against China’s Zhang Peimian. When these two met at ONE 162 in 2022, Zhang led on all three scorecards heading into the final minute of the final round before Di Bella produced a clutch head kick knockdown to snatch the belt.
In the co-main event, #1 women’s no-gi grappler Helena Crevar — a 19-year-old with a 355-7 record, 315 submission wins, and a string of 20 consecutive submission victories — takes on Legion American Jiu Jitsu black belt Paige Ivette Clymer in an openweight submission grappling clash. Clymer arrives with serious momentum of her own, having won the 2026 ADCC West Coast Trials outright to secure her place at the upcoming ADCC World Championships.
After The Inner Circle 22, ONE Friday Fights 162 features international stars from across the globe competing under Muay Thai, kickboxing, and MMA rules — all battling for a life-changing US$100,000 contract with the world’s largest martial arts organization.
In the main event of ONE Friday Fights 162, southpaw powerhouse Kongklai Sor Sommai takes on Morocco’s Adam Benwarwar in a bantamweight Muay Thai showdown. Kongklai is one of the most accomplished fighters on the roster who now looks to get back on track after a tough setback. Benwarwar owns an explosive straight right and left hook that produced a first-round knockout on debut and brings fearless aggression to anyone across the ring.
In the co-main event, Khunponnoi Sor Sommai takes on Scotland’s Gregor Thom in a flyweight Muay Thai clash. Khunponnoi is the younger brother of the legendary Seksan and owns 127 professional wins, 28 knockouts, and has a point to prove about his family legacy. Across from him, Thom has built a low-kick-and-elbow game that has made him a genuine flyweight threat.
