Synopsis
After kicking off 2024 with an action-packed doubleheader, ONE Championship returns to the iconic Lumpinee Boxing Stadium in Bangkok with another explosive installment of ONE Friday Fights on January 19.
The promotion will broadcast ONE Friday Fights 48 live in Asia primetime, and the 11-bout card features a hard-hitting mix of Muay Thai and MMA battles.
In the main event, two-division Rajadamnern Stadium Muay Thai World Champion Kongthoranee Sor Sommai looks to earn his sixth consecutive victory and a coveted six-figure contract with ONE Championship. But he’ll need to get past Russian sensation Sharif Mazoriev, who hopes to make a statement in his promotional debut.
The lineup also features undefeated MMA phenom Changy Kara-Ool, as well as surging Thai stars Teeyai PK Saenchai and Sibsan Nokkhao KorMor11. Plus, 21-year-old Rajadamnern Stadium Muay Thai World Champion Petsansab Sor Jaruwan steps into the ONE Championship ring for the first time.
