ONE: KING OF THE JUNGLE – By The Numbers

Stamp Fairtex with her ONE Atomweight Muay Thai and Kickboxing World Title belts

This Friday, 28 February, ONE Championship will make its long-awaited return to Singapore with a card stacked with exciting bouts featuring elite athletes.

ONE: KING OF THE JUNGLE will showcase the talents of some of the world’s greatest martial artists, including a pair of record-breaking ONE Super Series World Champions in intriguing contests at the top of the bill.

Ahead of the show at the Singapore Indoor Stadium, check out the facts and stats that set some of the heroes apart from their peers.

1st: Stamp Fairtex became the first person to win ONE Super Series World Titles in two sports when she defeated Janet “JT” Todd for the Muay Thai belt last year.

12 years, 4 days: Age difference between Stamp, 22, and Todd, 34.

+37: Despite the age difference, Stamp has far more pro bouts.

3: Todd’s winning run since her first World Title challenge, including two wins by KO. Stamp has four wins, but three have come in mixed martial arts.

368-47-9: Sam-A Gaiyanghadao’s pro record makes him one of the most experienced and successful athletes ion the sport’s history.

42 bouts: His opponent for the inaugural ONE Strawweight Muay Thai World Title, Rocky Ogden, only has about a tenth of Sam-A’s experience.

x2: Sam-A Gaiyanghadao has won two World Titles in The Home Of Martial Arts – the ONE Flyweight Muay Thai and Strawweight Kickboxing World Championships. He will be the first athlete to win three belts, and the first man to win two at the same weight, if he gets his hand raised on 28 February.

15 years, 8 months, 22 days: Age gap between the 20-year-old from Australia and 36-year-old from Thailand.

8 KOs: Amir Khan shares the ONE record for the most knockout wins with Christian “The Warrior” Lee.

100%: His opponent, Kimihiro Eto, has suffered all his losses by knockout – three in round one.

73%: Khan’s winning rate in his hometown of Singapore – he is 8-3.

8-0-2: Eto is undefeated in bouts that went to the judges.

100%: Tiffany “No Chill” Teo has a perfect record at home in Singapore, while her opponent, Ayaka Miura, has never failed to win away from her native Japan.

4/6: Two-thirds of Miura’s wins on her current streak have come via her trademark scarf-hold armlock.

6-0: Denice “The Menace Fairtex” Zamboanga has the biggest undefeated pro record among ONE women’s atomweights.

4 bouts: Her opponent, Mei “V.V.” Yamaguchi, is on the biggest winning streak of her career.

12 KOs: Mark “Tyson” Fairtex Abelardo – who is set to face “Pretty Boy” Troy Worthen – has more knockouts than any other mixed martial artist on the card.

19 bouts: Honorio “The Rock” Banario will equal his teammate, Eduard “The Landslide” Folayang’s record for the most match-ups in ONE history at ONE: KING OF THE JUNGLE when he faces Shannon “OneShin” Wiratchai.

8-0: WMMAA World Champion Murad Ramazanov has the biggest undefeated record on the card.

3374 days: The length of “Wolverine” Bae Myung Ho’s undefeated streak – more than nine years – between Nov 2010 to April 2019.
