Full Card Revealed For ONE Friday Fights 64 On May 24
On May 24, the iconic Lumpinee Boxing Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand, will once again play host to an action-packed lineup of world-class martial arts.
ONE Friday Fights 64 will air live in Asia primetime this week and is loaded with compelling matchups from top to bottom.
In the main event, Iranian sensation Parham Gheirati – will try to continue his meteoric rise and move to 4-0 at ONE Friday Fights against Australian striker Jordan “Wolf” Godtfredsen in a bantamweight Muay Thai bout.
At just 20 years old, the hard-hitting Gheirati has established himself as a name to watch, having showcased the ruthless boxing attack and refined technique needed to compete and win at the world-class level.
He’ll face a stiff test in “Wolf,” who dropped a tight split decision in his ONE debut but owns a stellar 33-11 professional record.
Before that, 20-year-old phenom Petmuangsri Wankhongohm MBK will aim to secure his second victory in ONE and live up to his lofty expectations when he squares off with talented veteran Denphuthai MC Superlek Muaythai in an intriguing all-Thai flyweight Muay Thai showdown.
In bantamweight MMA action, Turkish standout Isfak “General” Seyid will look for his second ONE victory when he clashes with promotional newcomer Felipe Negochadle.
A well-rounded and undefeated mixed martial artist, Seyid will be in for a serious challenge against a dangerous finisher in Negochadle, who comes into the contest riding five straight victories.
The card will kick off with some elite ground fighting, as talented Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belts Shoya Ishiguro and Bruno “Macaco” Azevedo lock horns in a 139-pound catchweight submission grappling match.
