‘I Want To End It Early’ – Duangdawnoi Chases ONE Contract With Statement Win Over Seiberth At The Inner Circle 33

Duangdawnoi Looksaikongdin makes her way to the ring to clash with Yana Yip

Duangdawnoi “Little Star” Looksaikongdin has beaten established names, navigated genuine adversity, and kept winning through it all. Now she wants the contract that makes it official.

The 27-year-old Thai star faces Swiss veteran Aline Seiberth in an atomweight Muay Thai contest in the co-main event of The Inner Circle 33 on Friday, October 2, from Lumpinee Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand, streaming exclusively for members via live.onefc.com.

The sister-in-law of former ONE Flyweight Muay Thai World Champion Rodtang “The Iron Man” Jitmuangnon and elder sister of fellow ONE fighter Sangarthit Looksaikongdin, Duangdawnoi grew up in a household of 16 sibling fighters, forged in competition from the earliest age.

Duangdawnoi made her name in the ONE Friday Fights series by defeating Kim “Lil K” Townsend and Regan “Coconut” Gowing. Those performances established her as one of the most technically capable women’s strikers in the weekly series.

Her most recent outing brought a unanimous decision win over veteran Yana Yip, but the circumstances surrounding that fight added a layer of difficulty. Two days before Duangdawnoi competed, Rodtang suffered his loss to Takeru “Natural Born Krusher” Segawa at ONE SAMURAI 1 in Japan, and the shockwave that sent through the Looksaikongdin family, combined with the noise on social media, created an environment that tested her composure long before the opening bell rang.

She told onefc.com:

“Honestly, there was a lot of pressure coming from all sides, especially on social media, so I was feeling pretty tense. Rodtang had just finished his fight in Japan around that time too, so I couldn’t really fight like myself. But I tried not to take any unnecessary risks in the ring.

“I knew I was going to win, but taking big risks would’ve been a bad idea, so I just controlled the pace. I didn’t really go all-in for the finish because the whole atmosphere was just super stressful.”

The fact that she won despite carrying all of that external weight says something important about her character as a competitor.

Managing pressure, controlling the pace, and executing a disciplined performance when conditions are far from ideal is a quality that world-class fighters possess and lesser ones do not. Across her three ONE appearances, Duangdawnoi has shown consistent growth that is evident in her recent results.

She said:

“I’ve grown a lot, especially when it comes to my fighting style. It’s not like I completely changed who I am, but I definitely feel improved. I’m pushing the pace in ways I’ve never done before. Everything has just clicked so much better — from my training camps to my actual style in the ring.”

Seiberth arrives as a genuinely credible challenge for a fighter at this stage of her ONE journey.

The 35-year-old Swiss carries 30 career wins, holds the WBC Muay Thai European Championship, and makes her ONE debut with a point to prove. Duangdawnoi is looking forward to the test.

She said:

“I hope Aline brings her absolute best so we can give the fans an exciting fight. I think she’s a great fighter, but as for how it ends, we’ll just have to see inside the ring.”

Duangdawnoi Wants To Send Message With Statement Win

Duangdawnoi has not walked into this fight blind. She has studied her Swiss opponent carefully, identified the weapons that make her dangerous, and arrived at a conclusion that gives her genuine confidence in how the contest will unfold.

The WBC Muay Thai European Champion brings a specific pattern to her fights that Duangdawnoi and her team have broken down in preparation, and the Thai star’s assessment pinpoints exactly where Seiberth is dangerous and where the openings exist to exploit her.

She said:

“I’ve watched some of her fight footage. She’s got a solid one-two punch combination that she follows up with low kicks. Based on what we’ve been working on in camp, I’m confident I can get past her. Her punches look heavy, but there’s no single weapon of hers that I consider particularly dangerous.”

With the homework done and the game plan in place, Duangdawnoi is not thinking about scorecards.

A fighter who secured a second-round finish in her second ONE outing, she arrives this Friday with a clear intention to end things early if the opportunity presents itself, regardless of which round it comes in.

“Little Star” said:

“If I can finish the fight, I definitely will. I don’t know what style Aline will bring, but I’ll do whatever it takes. If it’s time to exchange, I’ll exchange. If there’s a chance to finish it or counter hard, I’m taking it. I got the finish in round two back in my second fight. For this one, if possible, I want to end it early, doesn’t matter which round.”

For Duangdawnoi, winning on October 2 is only the beginning. The main roster contract she is chasing would open a door she has been eyeing for some time, and on the other side of it stands a rival she is already sending a message to.

The Looksaikongdin Boxing Camp product said:

“My main goal for this fight is to earn a contract. My goal is identical to Islay’s [Erika Bomogao]. I really want them to open up this weight division. There are plenty of smaller fighters out there, and if they open the division, it’d be amazing to fight for a title. Getting a contract would be a huge step.

“If I get to fight Islay, I’m 100 percent ready. Assuming I win this fight and get the contract, all I can say to her is: ‘Wait for me, I’m coming for you. I’m waiting for you!'”
