Jasur Mirzamukhamedov Tests Positive For Banned Substance, Released From ONE Championship
Heavyweight MMA athlete Jasur “White Tiger” Mirzamukhamedov has tested positive for a banned performance-enhancing substance and is now suspended from competing in MMA for six months under ONE Anti-Doping Program guidelines.
The sample Mirzamukhamedov submitted, which was collected and submitted to International Doping Tests & Management (IDTM), was flagged for a metabolic modifier, which is prohibited by the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA).
In addition to his suspension, the 36-year-old Uzbekistani has been released from his ONE Championship contract.
Mirzamukhamedov made his promotional debut as an undefeated heavyweight in June 2022, where he beat Australian rising star Duke Didier via split decision. He returned six months later at ONE on Prime Video 5, where he suffered his first career loss to “Reug Reug” Oumar Kane via unanimous decision.
