Jihin Radzuan, Ayaka Miura, Sinsamut, Thongpoon, And More Added To ONE Fight Night 25

Jihin Radzuan Chihiro Sawada ONE Fight Night 20 33

A trio of intriguing battles designed to produce fireworks has just been added to ONE Fight Night 25 on Prime Video.

That event will air live in U.S. primetime from the historic Lumpinee Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand, on Friday, October 4, and it’s already shaping up to be a can’t-miss card.

In atomweight MMA action, former ONE Women’s Strawweight MMA World Title challenger Ayaka “Zombie” Miura aims to continue her climb toward the gold in her new weight class. For her next step in her chase for the belt, she’ll take on dangerous Malaysian standout Jihin “Shadow Cat” Radzuan.

A powerful judoka who is feared for her trademark “Ayaka Lock” submission, Miura made the move from strawweight down to atomweight in her most recent performance and looked to be in top form, picking up a decision victory over her Japanese compatriot Itsuki Hirata at ONE 165 in January.

“Zombie” will face another stiff test in the form of Jihin. The 25-year-old has long been a mainstay of the atomweight MMA division’s upper echelon, and with her versatile ground game, she stands to give Miura problems if the fight hits the canvas.

What’s more, a win for either woman in this contest could land her in the top-five rankings.

Also, former World Title challenger Sinsamut “Aquaman” Klinmee hopes to give a rude welcome to promotional newcomer Youssef Assouik in the pair’s lightweight Muay Thai clash.

Sinsamut is a devastating knockout artist who has proven himself against the best of the best. But after falling to Dmitry Menshikov in his most recent outing this past May, the Thai will be eager to bounce back into the win column at ONE Fight Night 25.

Standing in his way will be decorated Danish-Moroccan sensation Assouik. The 29-year-old is the current WMC Middleweight Muay Thai World Champion, and he boasts a multitude of other amateur and professional accomplishments, having established himself as one of the planet’s top rising stars outside of the world’s largest martial arts organization.

Lower on the card, fans won’t want to miss the explosive strawweight Muay Thai showdown between Thai fan favorite Thongpoon PK Saenchai and fearless striker Rui Botelho.

Beloved for his brawling style of combat and inimitable charisma, the 27-year-old Thongpoon delivers heart-pounding action every time he enters the ring, and his clash with Botelho looks to be no exception.

The Portuguese dynamo comes into the bout following perhaps the biggest win of his career – a hard-fought decision over young Chinese phenom “Fighting Rooster” Zhang Peimian in a kickboxing matchup.

Botelho will now return to Muay Thai and look to keep his momentum going against one of the sport’s best entertainers.
