Legendary Striker Sitthichai Sitsongpeenong Signs With ONE
The ONE Super Series Muay Thai and kickboxing ranks just received a “killer” addition.
This past Thursday, 14 May, “The Killer Kid” Sitthichai Sitsongpeenong put pen to paper and officially signed with ONE Championship to compete in the promotion’s all-striking branch.
Sitthichai, who holds a professional record of 124-31-5, is a 12-time kickboxing and Muay Thai World Champion.
Over the past decade, he has built a reputation as one of the most dominant figures in both sports.
The 28-year-old Buriram, Thailand native has defeated many of the world’s top strikers, including Marat Grigorian, Dzhabar “Genghis Khan” Askerov, Andy “Souwer Power” Souwer, Sorgraw Petchyindee Academy, Enriko “The Hurricane” Kehl, and Superbon.

Now, he joins the talent-rich ONE Super Series Muay Thai and kickboxing featherweight divisions, where there are plenty of enticing fresh match-ups.
“The Killer Kid” could find himself standing across from “The Boxing Computer” Yodsanklai IWE Fairtex, reigning ONE Featherweight Muay Thai World Champion Petchmorakot Petchyindee Academy, and even ONE Featherweight Kickboxing World Grand Prix Champion Giorgio “The Doctor” Petrosyan, which diehard fans have been dreaming about for years.
Currently, a date for Sitthichai’s promotional debut has not been confirmed, but fans all around the world should expect to see him grace the Circle at some point in 2020.
