Martin Batur, Keanu Subba Score Walk-Off First-Round Finishes At ONE 160
After two intense fights kicked off ONE 160: Ok Vs. Lee II, Martin Batur and Keanu Subba kept the action going at the Singapore Indoor Stadium with impressive finishes.
The two men scored back-to-back first-round victories over their respective opponents on Friday, August 26, and one even received a $US50,000 performance bonus.

Keanu Subba Delivers Exciting First-Round KO
Keanu Subba wanted to make a significant statement against #5-ranked featherweight MMA contender Amir Khan, and he certainly accomplished that.
The Malaysian withstood Khan’s initial pressure and aggression, remaining light on his feet as he made his way around the Circle. Subba wisely countered Khan’s strikes when his opponent was unprepared to defend.
After surviving the Singaporean’s takedown attempts, Subba unleashed a barrage of punches with pinpoint accuracy, eventually knocking Khan out at the 3:29 mark of round one.
With this performance, the Malaysian has now scored back-to-back victories and could potentially enter the featherweight MMA rankings.
Martin Batur Survives Early Scare To Score First-Round TKO
Martin Batur earned a hard-fought victory in his promotional debut against Paul “King of the North” Elliott after a furious heavyweight MMA clash.
The two big men came out swinging with wild shots, but it was Elliott who landed first and landed hard. A right hand left the Croatian face-down on the canvas as onlookers expected referee Herb Dean to jump in and wave off the bout.
Batur, however, jumped back to his feet and stalked his English opponent around the Circle. The two men eventually clinched up and fell to the canvas, where Batur battered his foe with punches and elbows. At this point, a stoppage was warranted, and Dean called off the bout at 3:38 of round one.
The Croatian nudged his record to 8-3, earned a $US50,000 performance bonus from ONE Chairman and CEO Chatri SItyodtong, and certainly caught the attention of the other men in ONE’s blossoming heavyweight division.
