Shinechagtga Stars On ONE: A NEW TOMORROW’s Prime Card

The early bouts on ONE: A NEW TOMORROW’s prime card brought a ton of action to the Impact Arena on Friday, 10 January as some of the world’s most exciting rising martial arts stars entered the ring.

Muangthai Grabs 200th Win Against Game Delval

Muangthai “Elbow Zombie” PK.Saenchaimuaythaigym’s aggression saw him take a split decision from Brice “The Truck” Delval after a three-round battle of contrasting Muay Thai styles.

Delval used his range impeccably in the opening frame to land long jabs, teeps, and round kicks, which forced Muangthai to come forward in the second frame. He landed hard body kicks and some clean left hands, but he still had to contend with “The Truck’s” teeps.

The Algerian continued to circle off his left hook and score with kicks on the outside in the third round, but two of the judges were swayed by “Elbow Zombie’s” forward pressure, which saw him score with looping left punches and kicks to the midsection.

Muangthai is now 3-0 as a ONE Super Series bantamweight and 200-41-4 overall.

Magomedaliev Storms To First-Round Finish

Raimond Magomedaliev looked like an unstoppable force on his way to a crushing first-round victory over Joey “Mama’s Boy” Pierotti.

The American caught a kick and closed the distance straight away, but he ran into trouble in the clinch as Magomedaliev landed huge elbows and knees that took him close to a finish.

There was a brief respite for Pierotti as the doctor checked the damage on his face, but when the action resumed, so did Magomedaliev’s relentless attack. The contest paused again after an accidental low blow from the Russian, but he got the finish soon after when he countered a takedown attempt with a power guillotine.

The tap came at 3:50 to earn Magomedaliev his sixth career victory.

Noi’s Head Kick Leads To Debut Victory

Adam Noi’s knockdown late in the first round was crucial in his unanimous decision victory over Victor “Leo” Pinto in a bantamweight kickboxing contest.

Pinto began aggressively, but as he fired a flurry of punches at the Algerian, he was dropped by a huge counter left head kick. That changed the complexion of the match completely and the round ended with Noi in the ascendancy as he landed multiple strikes.

The next two rounds were action-packed as “Leo” continued to press forward to try and make up for his early setback, but Noi returned fire to maintain his lead.

A beautiful boxing combination toward the end of the match put a bow on his ONE Super Series debut and sealed his win by unanimous decision to improve his record to 45-6.

Shinechagtga Stuns Ma In Less Than A Minute

Shinechagtga Zoltsetseg only needed 55 seconds to score a stunning knockout victory in his first appearance on the main ONE roster.

The ONE Warrior Series contract winner looked sharp on his feet from the start of his featherweight bout with “Cannon” Ma Jia Wen and ended the match with an overhand right that landed flush on his rival’s temple.

Referee Olivier Coste saved the Chinese athlete from any further damage, and the Mongolian athlete improved his record to 11-2-1.

Zatout Takes First ONE Win From Close Contest

Han Zi Hao took the early initiative in his bantamweight Muay Thai match with Mehdi “Diamond Heart” Zatout as he threw his right kick to the body and legs and sent the Algerian reeling with a right hand off a caught kick.

The Chinese athlete stormed forward with his aggressive punching arsenal and landed his hook-cross combination, while “Diamond Heart” waited to counter, but Zatout moved through the gears in rounds two and three.

The man from Venum Training Camp dialed up his aggression and landed some crunching right hands, and though Han had some success with punches and elbows, Zatout showed his strength to hit back and seal his first ONE Super Series win via criteria split decision.
