Here’s all the Muay Thai and MMA action that unfolded on July 7 inside the Thai capital’s most iconic venue.
Pongsiri Derails Reis Hype Train With Late Knockdown
With a late surge, Pongsiri PK Saenchai became the first man in the organization to stop knockout artist Fabio Reis’ momentum at ONE Friday Fights.
The former ONE Featherweight Muay Thai World Title challenger initially played a cautious game against Reis. But by the midway mark of their bantamweight Muay Thai headliner, he was in top form, volleying kicks and punches back and forth with the Portuguese striker.
Pongsiri’s defining moment came in round three, just as Reis leaned left to load up for a hook. At the same time, the Thai star launched a right high kick that careened off his foe’s head for a knockdown.
Reis barely answered the eight-count, and that ultimately swayed two of the three judges to give Pongsiri the nod via majority decision. The nail-biting victory improved his professional striking record to an impressive 159-37-11 – including 3-0 at ONE Friday Fights.
Sibsan Narrowly Bests Muangsap In Three-Round War
Local heroes Muangsap Kiatsongrit and Sibsan Nokkhao KorMor11 engaged in an ultra-technical, back-and-forth striking war throughout their 137-pound catchweight Muay Thai matchup.
After an incredibly close first round, Sibsan changed his strategy in the second to press the action with close-range boxing. Muangsap charged back in the third, finding success with aggressive combinations and spinning attacks.
Ultimately, though, it was Sibsan’s punches and seemingly impenetrable defense that earned him the split-decision victory, improving his career record to an impressive 62-18-2.
Singdomthong Seizes Debut Win After Thrilling Comeback
Singdomthong Nokjeanladkrabang marked his ONE debut with a hard-fought victory over Rambong Sor Therapat in a 127-pound catchweight Muay Thai battle that kept fans on the edge of their seats.
Despite a knockdown from Rambong in the opening seconds of the first round, Singdomthong fired back with two knockdowns of his own to jump ahead before the bell sounded.
The high-stakes striking war continued into the second and third frames, as both athletes unleashed their respective arsenals. However, the pair of knockdowns from Singdomthong proved pivotal, securing him favor with the judges.
The 26-year-old’s unanimous decision victory elevated his overall striking record to 76-18-2.
Songfangkhong Passes Denpayak’s Test To Earn Unanimous Decision
Songfangkhong FA Group and Denpayak Detpetchsrithong both had wounds to show for their 134-pound catchweight Muay Thai war, but it was Songfankhong who walked away with the unanimous decision.
The FA Group representative pressed forward from the first bell, continuing to pressure as his Thai compatriot continued to successfully counter, which quickly became the story of the bout.
However, the 20-year-old Songfankhong managed to remain in charge to create distance between himself and Denpayak, earning his first victory in ONE after three grueling rounds.
In the process, Songfangkhong also moved to 57-19-2 overall in his professional career.
Mahahin Nabs Split Decision In Wild War With Rachan
Mahahin Nakbinalaiyon impressed in his ONE debut, bouncing back from a second-round scare to edge out Rachan Sor Somnuk by split decision in their 117-pound catchweight Muay Thai bout.
The two men battled hard and fast in round one, both seemingly equal in skill. In the second frame, though, Mahahin was forced to answer an eight-count when he was dropped by a hard left hand.
Moments later, the 24-year-old evened the score when he tagged Rachan with two right punches for a knockdown of his own.
Going into the third round, the fight was so close, you couldn’t slide a sheet of paper between the two fighters, but Mahahin impressed two of the three judges with his output and tenacity.
The victory nudged the Nakbinalaiyon representative’s combined striking record to 53-24-4.

Fresh off a highlight-reel knockout in his last fight, the 19-year-old hardly broke a sweat in dispatching his foe in under one minute.
Confident and explosive from the opening bell, Aliff was happy to trade to blows in the pocket, ultimately finding a home for a thunderous left hook that immediately sent Ratchadej down and out.

Sinsamut Dominates Texeira En Route To Second-Round TKO
Former two-time ONE Lightweight Muay Thai World Title challenger Sinsamut Klinmee secured an astonishing second-round victory in his lightweight Muay Thai bout against rising star Victor Teixeira.
Sinsamut set a strong pace in the opening round, first knocking down Teixeira with a powerful right cross and then executing a left high kick that put the Brazilian on the back foot.
In the second frame, the 27-year-old Thai utilized his reach advantage to deliver punishing strikes while keeping a safe distance.
The beginning of the end came when his precise elbows found their mark, visibly hurting Texeira. The referee eventually stepped in to stop the fight at 1:35 of the second round, declaring a doctor’s stoppage TKO in favor of Sinsamut.
With his win, the Team Mehdi Zatout representative boosted his overall striking record to 81-18-3, possibly paving the way for another World Title run.

Flyweight Muay Thai strikers Black Panther and Mohammad Sadeghi went to war over the course of three rounds, with Black Panther doing enough to earn a split-decision victory.
The 23-year-old controlled the bout from the early going, maintaining the distance and landing the cleaner, sharper strikes. But Sadeghi battled back into the fight in the second round to even the score with relentless pressure.
Ultimately, Black Panther managed to keep his Iranian foe at bay in the third frame to sway two of three judges and move to 77-17 overall.
Abdulmuslimov Stuns With Third-Round KO Of Jaising
Amir Abdulmuslimov had a ONE debut to remember, knocking out Jaising Sitnayokpunsak in the third frame of their flyweight Muay Thai fiasco.
The 20-year-old Russian needed one round to adjust to Jaising’s slick counter-movements, but once he did, “The Tiger” outpaced the Thai in every way.
The effects showed in round three, as the Team Mehdi Zatout standout forced a heavily breathing Jaising on the back foot. And once Abdulmuslimov had him on the ropes, he blasted his rival with a devastating right hook.
Jaising fell where he stood, and the referee waved off the bout at the 2:28 mark of round three. With the victory, Abdulmuslimov improved his professional striking record to 6-0, while his foe lost for the first time in three promotional appearances.
Nongam’s Right Hand Finishes Brierley In First Round
Thai sensation Nongam Fairtex put on a stunning performance in her 110-pound catchweight Muay Thai clash against surging British star Lisa Brierley.
After the pair engaged in a brief feeling-out process through the opening seconds, the Fairtex Gym representative unleashed a picture-perfect hook-cross punching combination that landed flush to send her foe melting to the canvas.
Brierley gamely tried to continue but was simply too dazed to fight on, and the bout was waved off at just 1:28 into the first round.
With her second knockout victory in two ONE Friday Fights appearances, Nongam improved her overall career record to 45-5-2.

The third round saw Moura attempt to regain control with his striking, but his opponent’s persistent takedown attempts sealed his fate. The judges ultimately awarded 27-year-old Shahruramazanov a unanimous decision victory, elevating his professional record to 12-1
Eshankulov Taps Out Aliev To Remain Unbeaten
The evening’s opening contest saw a battle between undefeated featherweight mixed martial artists Asliddin Eshankulov and Nadyr Aliev, and it was the former who left with his flawless record intact.
Aliev found success with his striking in the early fragments of the fight, but Eshankulov managed to weather the early barrage and then put his grappling expertise to use.
The “Uzbek Tiger” turned the bout on its head in the second frame, dropping Aliev with an overhand right. He immediately capitalized with a flurry of ground-and-pound before locking up the rear-naked choke and forcing the tap at 0:50 of round two.
The 25-year-old moved to 1-0 under the ONE banner and 5-0 overall.
