‘You Need To Be Scared’ – Johan Estupinan Sends Warning To Sean Climaco Ahead Of ONE 168: Denver

Undefeated Colombian knockout artist Johan “Panda Kick” Estupinan is planning to venture into enemy territory and put on an electrifying performance on September 6 at ONE 168: Denver.

That night, the 21-year-old sensation will square off with surging American scrapper Sean “The One” Climaco in a flyweight Muay Thai clash at Ball Arena.

The first-ever Colombian to fight in ONE, Estupinan arrived at the world’s largest martial arts organization with a pristine 22-0 professional record and loads of hype surrounding him.

He wasted no time living up to those expectations, dispatching Kouta Omori in under 30 seconds at ONE Friday Fights 64. Just a few weeks later, he returned at ONE 167, where he earned an action-packed decision victory over decorated Turkish star Zafer Sayik.

As he prepares for his third appearance in ONE – this time against an American on American soil – Estupinan is more confident than ever and predicting a truly spectacular outcome on fight night.

He told onefc.com:

“He’ll fall quicker than Kouta Omori did in my debut. I’ll look to drop him within the first 10 to 15 seconds. He’ll be fighting at home, and people will be cheering him on, but I’m going after him.”

Climaco is certainly no pushover, though. The Road to ONE tournament winner enjoyed an equally dominant promotional debut, scoring an impressive first-round knockout in May at ONE Fight Night 22.

Still, “Panda Kick” isn’t worried about what the American striker will bring to the table. Nor is he concerned about the raucous Colorado crowd that will undoubtedly be throwing its weight behind Climaco.

After all, he says, the country of Colombia stays with him wherever he goes:

“I’ll have the people of Colombia inside of my heart. I’m ready for war, and I’m giving it my all. This will be a movie, and it’ll be crazy because I’m going to beat him in his own country. The entire world will be happy with my performance, and everyone will once again hear the name ‘Panda Kick.'”

Always with a flare for the dramatic, Estupinan is promising something sensational on September 6.

And given his ultra-aggressive, high-flying approach to combat, he’s not just talk. The Colombian has already proven himself to be a legitimate world-class talent with all the skills to reach the top of the star-studded flyweight Muay Thai division.

With that unwavering self-belief, he sent a message to Climaco:

“Make sure you’re ready because a train is about to steamroll you. I’m focused and ready for war. You need to be scared because you’re standing in the way of my dreams and my career. I must take care of those who stand in my way.”

Estupinan Vows To Entertain The American Fans

Johan Estupinan says he performs his best when the lights are the brightest, and ONE’s blockbuster return to the United States is one of the biggest martial arts events in recent memory.

“Panda Kick” couldn’t be happier to be competing on American soil:

“This is a dream for me. I have two fights inside of ONE, and I’m already fighting inside of the U.S. I feel proud of the fact that I’m accomplishing my dreams. People are finally getting to see my discipline, and it’s amazing.

“I’m going to give the fans an exciting show and make sure that the show is started the right way, being that I’m the first fight on the card.”

Well aware of the attention he’ll receive at ONE 168, Estupinan plans to deliver an electric and unforgettable display of Muay Thai.

He added:

“Don’t miss this show. Remember my name because I’m going to put on a show. It’ll be the fight of the night, I guarantee it. The name “Panda Kick” will be historic.”
