"The Apprentice: ONE Championship Edition" Season 2

ONE Championship today announced that shoot dates for Season 2 of “The Apprentice: ONE Championship Edition” reality series starring ONE Chairman and CEO Chatri Sityodtong have been confirmed for Q1 of 2023.

In partnership with Singapore Tourism Board and Media City Qatar, Season 2 will feature various locations across Singapore and Qatar. The shoots will be directed by Refinery Media and Executive Producer Karen Seah, who led the production of the award-winning first season.

ONE also confirmed its first group of guest judges in Nas Academy CEO Nuseir Yassin (who will feature in Doha) and DragonX Capital Managing Partner Dan Lok, as well as its first group of guest athletes in ONE heavyweight Marcus “Buchecha” Almeida, ONE lightweight Sage Northcutt, and former MMA World Champion Miesha Tate.

A ONE World Champion has also been confirmed as a Season 2 contestant and will vie for the grand prize of a one-year, US$250,000 job offer to work directly under Sityodtong at ONE’s headquarters in Singapore. The identity of this contestant and other cast members will be revealed at a later date.

Hua Fung Teh, Group President of ONE Championship, said: “Coming off the success of ‘The Apprentice: ONE Championship Edition’ Season 1, we’re thrilled to announce that Season 2 will begin production in Q1 of next year. We can’t wait to welcome the new crop of contestants, who will compete for the opportunity to work directly under Chatri as we continue to grow the ONE Championship brand all over the world.”

Sheikh Ali bin Abdullah bin Khalifa Al-Thani, CEO of Media City Qatar, said: “We’re delighted to partner with ONE Championship and I’m confident ‘The Apprentice’ will be a hugely successful platform that will showcase the beauty of Qatar to global audiences.”

Chang Chee Pey, Assistant Chief Executive (Marketing), Singapore Tourism Board, said: “Singapore was the perfect backdrop for the first season of the show, and we are thrilled to build on that success for the second season. We look forward to welcoming contestants to new and exciting locations, and hope that Season 2 will inspire more viewers to visit our vibrant city.”

Karen Seah, Founder and Executive Producer of Refinery Media, said: “We’re excited to continue our partnership with ONE Championship on the back of the phenomenal success of Season 1. We can’t wait to get started on Season 2 with exciting new locations, challenges, guests and contestants. Fans of ‘The Apprentice’ are in for a real treat.”
